Which countries do we ship to?

You can view all available shipping destinations at checkout. Once you enter your shipping address, the eligible countries and shipping options will be displayed automatically. If your country does not appear at checkout, unfortunately we do not currently ship there yet.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any applicable taxes or additional fees for your destination will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping location.

All orders are shipped from the UK. International orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Any applicable customs fees and duties are calculated and paid at checkout. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.
When will I get my order?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time), or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

What is the return policy?

Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn and with all hand tags still attached.

Before sending any items back, please contact us at contact@hwinstudio.com to arrange your return.

Please note that we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, kindly return your original purchase and place a new order for the replacement item.
